Amy Marsh is a certified physician assistant licensed in the state of Texas. She has been practicing in orthopedics since 1999. She currently works with Dr. Devesh Ramnath specializing in Orthopedic Surgery of the Spine and Neck. As a Certified Physician Assistant, Amy can provide medical service that would otherwise be performed by physicians. For example, she can assist in surgery, take medical histories, perform physical examinations, diagnose and treat illnesses, order and interpret laboratory tests, perform minor surgery, and prescribe medications. Amy received her Bachelor of Science in Biology at Stephen F. Austin State University, and her Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. She is a Board Certifified Physician Assistant, and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and Texas Academy of Physician Assistants (TAPA). Her certifications include: National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Outside of the office, Amy enjoys snow skiing, cycling, and traveling.
