Christian T. Royer, M.D.

Dr. Christian Royer is a native of Pennsylvania and graduated from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia with a major in economics and minor in biology. Dr. Royer received his medical degree from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA.

Dr. Royer is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He completed both his internship and orthopedic surgery residency at Henry Ford Health System in Detroit. Dr. Royer then completed his Fellowship in foot and ankle surgery in Dallas under Dr. James Brodsky and Dr. John Early.

Dr. Royer is Assistant Chief of Orthopaedic Surgery at Baylor University Medical Center and Chair of the HealthTexas Orthopaedic Surgery Section. Dr. Royer is a faculty member of the Baylor University Medical Center Foot and Ankle Fellowship. Dr. Royer is also Clinical Assistant Professor at Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine. Dr. Royer participates in both clinical basic science foot and ankle research and speaks nationally on foot and ankle topics.

Dr. Royer serves on the Board of Directors of United Surgical Partners of Dallas. Dr. Royer also sits on the Orthopaedic Practice Council at Baylor University Medical Center and Board of Directors of the Dallas County Medical Society.
